GrappleX may include links to publicly available YouTube videos and other third-party content. We do not claim ownership or responsibility for such external materials, and all rights remain with their respective owners.

You must not copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of our Service without our written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service,

Grappling and martial arts involve inherent physical risks.
The content provided on GrappleX, including technique breakdowns and external video links, is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional coaching advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

- GrappleX is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the use or misuse of content on the platform.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your training and physical activity are conducted safely, with proper supervision and environment.
- Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional before engaging in new physical activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrappleX and its team shall not be liable for:

- any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- loss of data, profits, or reputation;
- injury or harm resulting from your use of the Service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
